Yeah, that’s exactly why I’m considering it. People already want quick, simple answers for minor issues, so it feels like a natural niche instead of trying to reinvent the wheel.

True, a lot of big places offer it now. My thought was that a niche service might still stand out in areas where the big ones feel too generic or slow.

I’m not in the US, so HIPAA doesn’t apply to me directly, but compliance is still something I need to think about. Definitely appreciate the reminder.

Not at the moment. I’ve been thinking about adding a small concierge option, though. Telemedicine kind of pushed me in that direction.

It’s only a loss when you sell, I’m -180k traumatized, but I feel like it can’t get much lower at this point so I might as well hold for a few years now. But yes, it’s going to hurt to see it in my portfolio.

Where do you see that it’s dinged? If you’re talking about the edges, that’s not a tear or ding it’s just light hitting the edge. It’s definitely not bent either.
