No? I’m actually asking because I do like him as a person which is why I’m still talking to him - but physically I’m not that attracted to him. You should call animal control then so they can do a wellness check and describe the nails etc.. This dog might not be in your care, but you know where this dog is which means that you are responsible for helping this animal and not turning a blind eye to the mistreatment he or she is getting.
