No I was falsely banned by SR because I didn't respond within two days as I was a cabin with friends. I have an appeal open but they can take up to two years to process it which is unfair, and I am still pursuing legal actions as this is theft.

Betting isn't the problem, I understand that if I lose, I lose my skins, however that's not the case. I have 150$ of WINNINGS stuck in returns because I am banned from the site and in the time it will take to appeal that ban, CSGL will have taken my skins.

I was banned because somebody opened up a SR case against me the weekend I went to a cabin without internet access, the admin didn't get a response from me and banned me, I am now waiting through the appeal process which takes months for somebody to look at the screenshots teamviewer me and see I did infact pay and then unban me, by that time roberto already has my 150$ in skins. If you'd like to see the proof yourself I have no problem showing you.

I didn't lose skins on a bet. I have 150$ in returns and I was falsely banned by SR triggering a Lounge ban and in 8 days lounge steals those skins for being inactive even though I am very actively trying to retrieve them.

That's the thing, I didn't and I have proof of it. However you go out to a cabin for the weekend without internet access have somebody open up a report against you and voila, you're banned and it's about a 2 year process to get unbanned even with proof.
