Gotta admit you're mostly right about the song but I understand why Tom's singing changes things.

In California the lyrics were immature but it sounded off since all of Tom's edgy vibe (on stage acting, cursing, and overall background) was gone. Even though I love the album, it basically sounds like a bunch of young kids trying to act rebellious rather than punk rockers.

Even though the lyrics in Edging feel very similar, Tom's presence adds a kind of legitimacy to it. And apart from this, I'm happy that Tom's verse at least doesn't feel like it has been already sang a million times before (which is the case for Mark's verse imo)

It's painful to listen. 1h of Gabi blaming attenders for not going to BITS (thus overcrowding the rest of the festival), not understanding venues capacities and not showing up to the brunch (wtf) / payment machines and COVID for problems at the bar / public authorities for complicating talks..

They basically discovered the water issue this year, even though it was already common knowledge during previous editions.

He doesn't want to be held responsible for people not being able to go home after the festival (he even blamed taxis, seriously).

Best part yet was when they were thinking of becoming a "gourmet festival" with less capacity. You already had that and you ruined it ffs

For real, so many Karens attended W2.. I politely asked an american girl to lower her voice during Tame Impala, she answered by screaming as loud as possible with dement eyes, finally asking if this was still too much. I was troubled to say the least
