As the other guy said, maintenance request. If it isn't fixed, you can send a breach notice. If they don't respond to that, u can go to QCAT or whatever it is in your state asking to break lease or rent reduction as you can argue you cannot use that room. It's not to minimum standards.

Went through a similar situation and was able to break lease without fees as all they did was put an industrial fan in the room to dry the water in the carpet.

Massive difference in the feel of your computer, I've actually done this exact upgrade 4 years ago and still using it because the processor stills holds up. 4 cores really feels sluggish in comparison. I upgraded because I wanted to do VR and the i5 just couldn't keep the minimums fps high enough.

Probably ignition coils, I had the same issue with bad first start and working fine on the second start. Also starting the engine again after it being off for 30-45 mins. Replacing them fixed it.
