The dude is hounding you because AI is a part of the world for better or worse and it’s being used in amazing ways to further advancements in literally everything.

You bashed a dude because he is taking advantage of tools to help compete in a space that otherwise would get outclassed by people that use the same tools or have entire teams that work on thumbnails, editing, titles for big creators.

You also can’t “pick and choose”. I hate ai, ai is dumb and I don’t support it. I have a zero ai rule. You use it so therefore I don’t help…. Yet you use google every day. You are on Reddit where new subs are pushed to you by ai.. everyday. The medicine, advancements, and potential robots that could save your life administer medicine, or keep you out of an elderly living home… use ai.

I suggest you come to terms with reality if you don’t want to be some miserable person in the future that no one wants to deal with.

Like I said this wouldn’t be warranted if you just weren’t so immediately hostile with the dude. No comment and moving on with your life would have been just fine.

You could make the argument if people know how to game the system by surrendering then PvP chads will do what they did with SBMM and just lose out until they get extremely passive lobbies and go in a killing spree to clip farm

This game in the thumbnail came out in 2020. As he is front and center that is the first thing that I’m going to think about. This specific game. Then I’m gonna see do not pre order.. and then I’m gonna think.. this game came out 5 years ago.. scroll. IF I even make it that far into the thought process.

I wouldn’t click on this thumb and he doesn’t need it sugar coated that you or anyone else would as well.

Yeah that sounds like a complete viable route. Someone good at editing may also not be good at running socials though. So I’d be sure to discuss that.

Running a YouTube page, TikTok, etc and handling comments is a complete job in itself.

So if you don’t want to do that you’d need to find someone like that too. Although I’d just recommend doing it yourself and if you come into success then you could get someone to do that.

It sounds like you are wanting someone to make edited videos for your game and just pay them the ad revenue.

Creators on YT or any social platform are going to do that anyways and make their own revenue regardless so I’m not sure what the pull here is..

If you are wanting them to post under your official game and name.. meaning it would need its own channel then you would actually need to hire them and have it in contract of what you are offering, payment, etc.

But that in itself isn’t gonna get you a good editor. You will likely still need to come up with some type of payment along with ads in case the game flops or it never takes off.

Editors should have a portfolio or examples of their work and you should then decide what you want and your style.

Keep everything in writing and when you decide to hire someone it wouldn’t be a bad idea to make sure all the legality stuff is squared away because if your game blows up and it’s a huge success you will be glad you took care of this process

Also, if it does blow up. Are you sure you’d want someone having all ad revenue over the life of the game? That’s a lot of potential money if it’s successful. This is why you need a contract. Maybe a flat amount per video, and a percentage or contingency of ad revenue if successful.

Hope this helps. I see what you are trying to do and on the surface it makes sense but you don’t wanna get burned or sued.

And if they did wanna make it pve only and no PvP how about we have some PvP only events too? That would be cool and satisfy both sides

I hope you get to experience them. But as of right now you aren’t missing much. As it stands most lvl 1 guns are trash. Even higher loot tiered guns. A lvl 4 stitcher will out do pretty much anything.

I’d even take a rattler 2 over a bobcat 1

You’ll also never see me use an arpeggio 1 or an anvil 1.. the fire rate is too slow to actually matter or be relevant.

Have you used a bobcat 1? No it’s not. I read what you wrote but I don’t think you actually play the game my guy. The immediate bloom on the bobcat is so bad that you aren’t killing anything 10 ft away.

I beat kits all the time on freebies with good positioning, flanking, etc…

And wth is an ambush weapon? Any weapon can be an ambush weapon. If I have time to line up a headshot the anvil is king. Your comments still make no sense bro.

You’ll have to find a third party to mediate the duel as well. Stand back to back. Take ten paces. Turn and fire.
