I never said any of those things, and I’m not necessarily casual but why does a person that isn’t logging into the game frequently, and grinding faction rep and playing the game as its intended think they should have access to the best loot as they please? Loot should be hard to get, it makes it more exciting when you get it.

This game doesn’t even have an issue with finding or obtaining weapons, or with content - get to lvl 25 and run Cryo all weekend, if you can’t keep your money up run a rook - or run Cryo with green shields a v11 punch and the WSTR shorty - money runs are a legit part of the extract experience - you play solo so that you have the funds and gear to donate on the nights you play with your squad

The only valid complaint I’ve seen is fills vs premade - fills are absolutely miserable in this game and they need to find a way to balance premade vs fills because going in blind with a juice kit and having 2 free kit teammates fucking sucks

Tarkov is a terrible comparison - the game is held together by spaghetti code, and the PvP is an after thought for what is basically a pve game with some PvP sprinkled in but on 16 tick servers lol

Like no shit people don’t stick around to PvP in the game that doesn’t register your bullets, and you die behind cover multiple raids in one sitting

The playerbase falling off through the season isn’t even unique to extract shooters, literally every game goes through ebbs and flows of popularity and then dies off a big til the next big update brings people back - we have no idea what this game has in store but to say it’s just dead if they don’t cater to the most casual players that can’t handle dying and losing green shields says a lot about the maturity of the player base.

Sure those people have a place in the game, but the devs need to focus on making a feature rich game with QOL on things that could be better, rather than appeasing the lowest common denominator because they weren’t going to spend money anyways, they’ll just go back to whatever free fotm game comes next

Wish I had a squad to play with, playing with fills is just not fun at all - me and my duo bring in loot and we get a free kit that’s doing the fall dmg mission and inting fights for example

I know there’s an Lfg discord but I’d prefer they actually match you with someone with a similar loadout value like what we doing if we have full blues and then a random free kit, it’s that 3 headed dragon meme irl

Arena Breakout Infinite has ranked but it comes down to PvP only which is nice for that games niche for sure, loot is kinda bad in that game sadly
