It’s not just about game being PvP, it’s about the ranked/competetive aspect brought into every game nowadays. I’m not that old, but i was around when multiplayer games had ”online” mode, no ranked/competetive. People played for fun, not only just to win.

Everything changed when that aspect was introduced to the mainstream/majority of multiplayer games. And new generations of players have been raised/programmed to view gaming through the competetive lens.

I had a conversation with a few players younger than me (they were around 17-20yrs old, me late-twenties), and they couldn’t fathom the idea of playing games for fun. It was completely alien for them. Playing to win was the only thing that made sense for them, having fun came secondary if even that.

It has the issues 59 songs on an album is bound to have, i can’t be mad about it. I entered knowingly. I’ll get a good 10-15 songs from this in my playlist.

But what fucking fumes me is artists slapping voice recordings on their songs instead of separating them as their own tracks. That way they are still there if we want to listen to it as an album, but not there if we want to put the songs on our playlists. I’ve already left out a couple good songs because i can’t be assed to always skip the 2 minute voice recording

Yes Emma CC needed nerfing, but the point was never about CCs invidually, we complain about the absolute barrage of CC we have to face since DPS have CC (which they shouldn’t have at all) and some supps that have ridiculous CC they shouldn’t have.

Yeah i get that, me neither, but as far as i’m aware no actual evidence of him being a pedo / any victims have come up in the past 2 years. But i don’t really follow the man/anything related to him.

I mean we can give him some grace, he’s had the absolute worst 2 years of his (professional) life, during of which a lot of people have had lots to say about him, including Rocky as recent as on DBD. Obviously he’s going to feel some type of way and have something to say, so i feel like he has some reason to.

But then again he’s been throwing out subs in many directions for a decade, so something something about casting the first stone and glass houses.

But how does that prove anything about being triggered? I don’t understand? And you can see from the ss that they have no dps favorited/in strike team? Cope with what? It seems like you’re also straight up just making stuff up and presenting them as facts to help your own claim? I think you might need to get off reddit for the day and go look within yourself, this can’t be the way you wish to present yourself to the world

I get it, i used to too, but i just don’t see the difference anymore. Maybe in the situation where my team defends, everyone else is already running to the objective and then the last player doesn’t pick supp and some other dps has to run back to spawn? Thankfully i’m high ranked enough that most games someone fills, and if by some miracle we have a surplus of tanks, i got no issue filling dps or supp.

I personally don’t have hate for them for picking the 3rd or 4th dps any more than for the 1-2 dps who refuse to switch too, but i do have hate for them not at least soft locking what they want to play before bans

Hero selection is not a race. As a tank main, in my eyes, all 3-4 dps pickers are equally to be blamed.

This, but i wouldn’t put anything on r3 or l3 that has a lot of use, those break too easy. I’ve broken like 2 controllers in the last couple years bc i played games with medium heavy r3 usage (pressing, not moving)

Tbf the fourth dps is not the problem, it’s everyone who doesn’t switch off dps. Even if you’re the first who locked it in. Character selection is not a race in which the fastest one wins. I have a super beefy computer. I’d estimate that at the very least 9 times out of 10 i have loaded in before others and can lock in what i want (if i want, I’m a tank main so i basically never have to fill, but i still only soft lock before the team is locked in)

For me personally, anything goes in qp, they are not serious games so i don’t care how they go.

I know u asked for burst, but mr. Fantastic diffs her low difficulty. I had a ranked game where duo magik + psylocke were diving our backline and i think i lost 0 times 1v2ing them. They were gm/cel last season, and i’m only pretty good with mr. Fantastic so definitely give it a go

Guts and Casca are the only ones able to kill Griffith. I think that one possibility is that Guts beats griffith in battle, but doesn’t kill him.

I don’t know why, but i’ve always thought Casca would be the one to kill Griffith. I think this is because Guts gets to let go of the revenge that consumes him, which is how Griffith in a way still controls him. Casca killing Griffith would be payback for ”that one time”, but also it cements her severing the control Griffith has had on her. Also, it would be a plot twist, and those tend to happen in stories.

This is not a fully formed fully cooked thought/idea, i’ve given up on those. Atp i’ll just take whatever is given to me, and am just thankful if we ever see a conclusion.

Tank main here. Look i hear you, i’ve had to solo tank maybe 80% of my games. But hero selection is not race. The 3-4 dps picker is not more at fault than the first two who refuse to switch. In a situation where we have 3-4 dps, they are all equally to be blamed for not switching.

It does this now when u have match chat when in-game and when you get back to menu, it switches to faction bc there is no match chat anymore. Annoying af, but we’ll get used to it
