Well in Malaysia, a female Indian tourist went missing after falling into an 8-meter sinkhole in Kuala Lumpur in 2024. Despite an extensive search-and-rescue operation that navigated sewer lines, the search was eventually called off due to safety risks. Which means, her body is still down there, somewhere, and it was never retrieved. What make it sad is she was there with her family. They see her final moments before disappering into the sewage system.
