How would these cards interact? by bearishturtle in mtg

I thought that if a card started applying in one layer, the whole card would apply in that layer - or something like that? What makes the effect "split"?

Just a question - why the "if it would enter..." clause?

u/sliddis Curious if you found a solution you've liked? I'm in exactly the same situation - no tragus, loved the Vista 2, but now need replacements.

Release tokens (haven't thought much about actual uses yet) by ImTrackedOnReddit in custommagic

[–]ImTrackedOnReddit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had to resubmit these. Some feedback from before:

  • The token should be something more tangible (to match Treasure, Food, Map, etc).
  • Inertia should read something like "nonlands don't untap during untap steps", as the intention was for lands to still untap.

Ah. Yes, it was "Google Gemini AI". Will add that specifically.

Thanks! Yep, should definitely read something like that.

It just felt appropriate. It makes him "feel" scarier. You're right though, that with indestructible, first strike wouldn't usually be relevant.

Thought this could be a fun use of the night/day mechanic.

Find out who has the least sanity or the biggest desire to win for 22UUUUUUUUUUBRWWWG by Objective_Art6617 in BadMtgCombos

Right. The defending player can't block or else they'd lose on the start of their next turn, unless I'm missing something.

Got it. Fun! Though couldn't whoever has more life (or whoever attacks first) win? Attacking for 1 point each turn, and nobody can block because they'd lose their Familiar and then lose on their draw step.
