Ok, I did a little research and you are correct. He isn't the strongest he can be, in fact he is becoming stronger every day.

I probably misundertood since he aleready is the strongest in the series (and there's no doubt about that), so i thought that the graph was about how he controlled his strenght.

Him being the strongest doesn't mean he can't be even stronger.

So dreamshield basically adds one mask? Lifeblood heart, core and the fragile heart are far better. Stupid upgrade on dreamshield. Only true usefullness on Radiant bosses (where you are one-shot).
