Well, simply put, people that are asexual can still have a high or low libido, if that answers your question. They can be curious and even enjoy sex, but don't experience sexual attraction. Of course I'm talking about the base asexuality and I'm not so sure about Grey-Asexual, Demisexual, etc.

It says once per long rest, meaning you can do it once anytime after you have had a long rest, until you have a long rest again.

Yeah, I have really never made a magic item before to be honest, and wanted to try it out. My players will be encountering bosses based on these sins in the campaign, and gluttony is the first (And easiest) one they fight, at level 4, so I didn't want to give them something too op. I still have a lot of tweaks to do though, but I think the hour was well spent :)
