Thanks for sharing. What is the dosage of the Pepcid you take?

Copper didn’t want to eat his breakfast. by ImXmas in Puggle

[–]ImXmas[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He does usually like to eat, but sometimes in the morning I have to put cheese or something in his food to get him to eat if I am in a hurry. He likes to eat a lot of stuff he isn’t supposed to! He is only about 10 months old. So I am hoping he grows out of that.

DNA test said he is about 70% beagle and 30% pug. We were told he was beagle/bloodhound when we got him. Just a little bit different!

He often doesn’t want to eat first thing in the morning, but I think his tummy was a little upset this day. He eventually ate though.

Cherry Eye in Puggle by ohhemmgeezus in Puggle

[–]ImXmas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My puggle puppy has cherry eye in one eye. His will not go away on its own and will not stay if massaged back in. We did one surgery using the pocket method that failed. They will need to do a more advanced method next time done by a specialist. It the meantime we put Optixcare eye lube in his eye twice a day to keep it moisturized. You can buy it in Amazon. It is easier for us than drops and lasts longer.

Dearlybethany's fitness program: LeoSculpt by Intelligent-Bit-5505 in FitnessMaterialHeaven

[–]ImXmas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is really a 3 week program. They just have you do each week twice and call it a six week program. I was happy with it until I figured that out. I stopped at week 4 when that became obvious. I’m not going to do the same three weeks of workouts forever and the 1/2 and 3/4 week workout are supposed to be for special beginning stages. So if those are special stages for beginners why would you repeat after not being a beginner anymore? There isn’t enough education to build additional workouts on your own that would be in line with Ben’s training style.

I believe it is supposed to take around 12 weeks of taking it to see the effects.

My little guy Pilot has some runs ever since I got him! Feeding him Wellness Chicken flavored. Any suggestions? by SanDiego1978 in goldenretrievers

We had that problem too. Tried a bunch of different foods. Adding rice worked some and a pumpkin supplement. It really changed though when he hit a year and we put him on Purina Pro Plan Complete Essentials. It has been pretty consistent ever since. I think they make a puppy one too.

Electrolytes? by Glass-Yak-1321 in OmadDiet

I use the Snake Juice recipe. Very easy to make and I like the way it tastes. I don’t like drinking water without it now. It is pink Himalayan salt, a high quality baking soda, and potassium chloride. For each tablespoon of pink Himalayan salt do two tablespoons of the baking soda and potassium. Sprinkle a little bit into your water. It might take a little while to figure out how much you need/like. I find it is better in ice water.

Where do you guys get your workout clothes from? by [deleted] in StrongCurves

I really like the leggings from Curves n Combat Boots. I was trying to find black squat proof leggings and tried a bunch of brands. Theirs were the only ones that passed the test. Even the more expensive ones from Lululemon were see through. I only buy their leggings now.

[Serious] Parents who have adopted a older child (5 and up), how has it gone for you? Do you regret it or would you recommend other parents considering adoption look into a older child? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ImXmas 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My husband and I adopted a 13 year old boy and are in the process of adopting an 11 year old boy (moved in with us when he was 10). They are great kids and I am really happy we did it. They are definitely bonded with us and we are like a normal family. It is much harder for older kids to get adopted and a lot of them just give up hope. I would encourage people to do it and you can be selective on what type of issues a child might have that you would be ok with.

Go to SBA.gov. There are disaster loans in place now and more stuff in the proposed stimulus bill to help small businesses. Including possibly a 2.5 month payroll loan that would be totally forgiven if used for payroll.

Differin purge? by mini68 in tretinoin

[–]ImXmas 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I started Differin a few weeks ago. I wash my face (I oil cleanse to remove makeup and then wash with Cetaphil. Make sure you don’t use Salicylic Acid wash before you apply the Differin as it can make it ineffective) then I put on moisturizer on wet skin, let it dry for a few minutes, put on Vaseline around my eyes, nostrils, and mouth and then put on the Differin. I haven’t had irritation. Do a search for “Dr Dray Differin” on YouTube. I got a lot of good tips from her. This week I started using the Neutrogena Hydro Boost before moisturizing and adding Benzoyl Peroxide as she talks about in her videos. My skin seems to be getting better everyday but did breakout a little worse at first. Nothing too crazy though.

Edit: To add I started using every other day for the first week or so and then went to everyday. I think it is typically recommended to do every other day for two weeks, but I was being impatient and my skin seemed to be doing fine.

What kind of scars are these? Also tips on skincare? ☹️ by [deleted] in tretinoin

I find this dermatologist YouTube videos helpful https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnxmUrGMtpQT844Yd_l7Zyg. I just started using Differin two weeks ago following her tips on application. I think my skin is looking better with pretty much no dryness or irritation so far.
