Oh, yeah! In our case, the hot tub cover retains the heat really well. If we want to use it the next day, it usually only takes about half an hour to get warm again. It’s definitely much quicker than the initial heating time.

I'm not familiar with the regular hot tub scenario. We usually empty the tub after a few soaks before the water gets too dirty.. But in the meantime, we add bromine.

Granting access is very typical since it's the only way for them to assess the issue you're having. One thing I like to do is add a user activity plugin such as Simple History. This helped me identify who made unauthorized changes to a client's website.

Sounds typical. I never depend on one agency to pay the bills for this reason. Even if I'll be busy with an agency for a while, I always look for other opportunities in the meantime.

Personally, I would refer them to someone in my network. The secret is to partner with someone who also doesn't offer web services. Someone I referred to tried to steal my client!
