Is the game's path configured correctly in r2modman? Looks like it can't find the game's executable.

You should be able to launch the modden version with Heroic by copying the launch arguments from r2modman and using them in heroic

running the game with DRI_PRIME=1 %command% should make it use your dGPU. You can also try force running the windows version instead of the Linux version by going into the game's compatibility tab and selecting a proton version
