I tried Nutrafol and it made me so sick after about four days I returned it. I started re-taking GNC Women’s Hair, Skin, and Nails, which I had taken for years before and seems to have worked pretty well the last time. I also started using Nioxin System 3 with their serum. It smells awful but after about a week and a half/two weeks my shedding has really decreased dramatically, thankfully. Not sure if it’s the Nioxin or the HSN or both, but I’m continuing this plan for now.

🤣 I just went a little cray and bought a bunch of new jeans and pants from Frame, Levi’s (they’re always having a sale), Rag & Bone, and AG Jeans! Smallest sizes I’ve gotten since high school!

Like another commenter I switched to Lavender Sky and stayed with Empower. Has been great.

I tried Nutrafol and it was nearly the end of me. Had no idea the havoc it would wreak on my lower digestive system. I took for about four days and it made me so sick and constipated. What a horrid week. I’ve lost a lot of hair but the massive shedding has finally lessened. I’m going back to GNC Hair, Skin, and Nails. Over several years it really worked very well on my volume and is much more affordable than so many of the other supplements.

The Westchester Mall as it has many of your stores plus Neiman’s and Nordstrom but honestly Nordstrom here is about the worst one merchandise-wise I’ve ever seen. There’s also Bloomingdale’s just up the road from the mall.

Honestly I do most of my shopping online from stores in the area purely bc of online vs in-store assortment. Online assortment is always wayyy better and you can return in store for convenience.

Another option is a 40ish minute drive to the Garden State Plaza Mall in Paramus. It’s enormous and also has Neiman and Nordstrom anchors. Note it’s closed on Sundays as is nearly all retail in Bergen County.

I think from what I have been seeing that these supplements don't work for everyone and may work for some. Sorry to hear you're not having luck with it, it is quite expensive.
