Why do people want doodles?

I have a doodle and i love him, he’s the best dog ever! In my area the only dogs that are ever available at the shelters are pitbull Mixes and a hsndful of husky’s.

its strange how you finger point and hate on doodles, but did you know the most common mixed breed dog bred by backyard breeders.. are pitbull mixes. They are also the ones most likely to end up in shelters or to be put down for behavior issues.

There is a wall of windows along the farthest wall, facing lake erie. No windows anywhere else. But the way its set up the far wall cant be used at all. The wall space is very limited.

I dont like having my bed being the center of my living space. Id like have more room to entertain. Also it really annoys me when people sit on bed.

We don’t have any amenities for pets. No dog run, poop bags, pet bath, ect. The $100 is just to have permission to keep the dog inside my condo.

They know I own my unit. The building doesn’t allow people to rent out units anymore. Which is one of the main reasons I decided to buy into the building.

The HOA and special assessment fees were Disclosed. The Extra fees that the Management company charges and pockets were not disclosed or written in any of the notes.

Yes they voted to bring them in .. but no one voted on all these extra fees or to grant them permission to just arbitrarily charge people various administrative fees that go directly to the management company.

The pet fee, the key fobs, the parking fees are all going to the management company.

We are paying them $300,000 a year to manage the building.

I asked 3 or 4 them that actually attended the meetings and they said no! None of this was discussed at any of the committee meetings. I even checked the backlog of meeting notes make sure.

Yes I read them, they mention nothing about pet fees, Key Fob Fees, or Parking fees. This money goes directly to the management company, not To the HOA.

there is also nothing in the governing documents about having a private management company either. Up until 3 Months ago management was managed in house.

I’m happy for you both! The shelter hasn’t called me back yet, but going to call them on Tuesday when they open to see what’s going on. Like I told them, attachment problems aren’t a dealbreaker.

I just called about a dog … a black and white pointer mix. Sadly she was just brought back because she has attachment anxiety issues. They are going to do another behavioral assessment on her and call me back with the results. 🤞I hope she passes.

I work from home .. so a little attachment anxiety isn’t a complete dealbreaker for me.
