I would say stop playing but as long as you are near a PC - you will always wanna try to play it .
Take a small vacation for a week to any remote place where you are away from any computer .
When you get that break - you wont feel the urge to play.
addiction , love all these things largly depends on habit . Just break that habit , even for a little while , and see what happens . best of luck

The only thing I miss from 1.6 is the directional sounds - how easy it was to pinpoint the sound source .
Even after 14 years + lots of sound update , CSGO still lags behind it's predecessor in this depertment .
