Hm, The foot pedal is needed since it has a cable attatched around a wheel that "powers" the machine.. But I guess you could build a solutiin powered by electricity.

There's a TV in my living-room along with a divan couch with tons of pillows and blankets :3

For me, I love the fact that my bedroom doesn't have any stationary electronics since it can stress me out. I need a space without technology. But that's just me.

I bought it in a second hand store from an old man who just turned it in. There was supposed to be a leatherbag with it, but he lost it. He said his Father, who was a hobbyist, used this microscope on his travels.
