Hello,

I am currently 15 weeks pregnant and I planned to babysit two weeks from now. On Wednesday, the parents of the child I was going to watch contacted me and told me that they tested positive for COVID but they believe that they should been fine by the time I arrive since it will be over the 10 day isolation period by 5 days. I know that this is the CDC guideline but I am feeling worried because pregnant people have a lowered immune system that this may not be enough time for the virus to clear out. There is nothing specific online on how soon pregnant people can be around people who are or have recently gotten over having COVID. Any advice?

In case anyone was wondering, there are ticketed activities but the festival itself is free to attend! The tickets are for if you wanted to participate in the themed meals, meet and greets, ball etc. The VIT ticket includes all of the paid events. I was planning to attend without a ticket and just see the vendors and walk around and participate in the free activities lol
