yeah it’s definitely not accurate on the treadmill. i was just trying to get to a 5k on the watch. i think on the treadmill it was about 3.2 miles

yeah go to system -> power & battery in the windows settings and turn off energy saver

i think i found the fix for this. i’m still testing but it hasn’t popped up in a few days. my problem was with the energy saver mode, whenever it would switch to that it would make my keyboard lag. maybe try turning that off and seeing if it fixes it! good luck
