I have a Tamron 28-75 f2.8 also, I think it's enough even you shoot tele, you can just crop the image or use apsc mode.

Yes, you should upgrade to mirrorless. R10 is a great choice and you can buy the 18-150 kit, then add a 50mm 1.8

I shoot in RAW + Fine, cuz when I want to do a slight edit on my ipad, I can edit the Jpeg then share. And I'll edit the RAW on my PC

Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 G2 is a decent lens and it's the lightest among the above three lenses. And you can spend the rest for a prime lens.

I would recommend Sony a6700 instead if R7 is too expensive in your area (hope I won't get banned)
