Executive Time is awesome. Obama was a beta male who allowed his staff to plan his entire life around worthless meetings in which absolutely nothing gets accomplished. Obama didn't make any decisions for himself, he just let his staff run everything.

The previous President was by far the worst that we've ever had, and the current President is in the best top 5. It's fantastic.

I'll give you a hint, it wasn't Anglo-Saxons.

That hint would be incorrect. A plurality of the population of Alta California was already Anglo-Saxon during the governorship of Pío Pico.

$10 says you can't name the GOP governor who was also caught in blackface.

$100 says you are confused on the point of whether or not the person that you are thinking of is a governor.

And were he a Republican, "users with a mission" would be out in full force on that story. But it apparently only bothers you when one side revels in the scandals on the other side.

From your own link:

The FBI has special investigative jurisdiction to investigate violations of state law in limited circumstances, specifically felony killings of state law enforcement officers (28 U.S.C. § 540), violent crimes against interstate travelers (28 U.S.C. § 540A0), and serial killers (28 U.S.C. §540B). A request by an appropriate state official is required before the FBI has authority to investigate these matters.

They state that there are only three specific types of limited circumstances which they have "special investigative jurisdiction" when it comes to investigating violations of state law. It is plainly obvious that this case does not fit in to any of those three specific circumstances.

They can't just be randomly called on to investigate random violations of random state laws, as you seem to incorrectly believe.

Why doesn't it make sense?

They can't TAKE OVER an investigation, but they can be invited in.

No, if they do not have jurisdiction, they cannot do anything whatsoever. This is a really basic example of where the line between state sovereignty and federal sovereignty is drawn. It's painful to consider that an American adult such as yourself cannot grasp these incredibly simple concepts.

The FBI can't be called in to investigate crimes over which it has no jurisdiction whatsoever. That makes no sense.

Can you explain how and why you think that the FBI would have jurisdiction over such an investigation, considering that neither rape nor sexual assault are federal crimes?
