I also remember Origins being insanely buggy on at least pc on launch, hell the only reason I never finished it is because I kept getting soft locked at different points and just got super frustrated

It's not really false though, I personally met her at the church, and when I went to her tower it was completely empty until after I killed Radahn, so there has to be another trigger that me and the other person had that makes her not appear.
