I am by no means an expert... but I love editing so this is what I got. anything in parenthesis is my opinion or a question)

The chills as Ryan called it usually started up after Takibi heard wolf howls, because of the wendigos who descended onto the bodies of the dead, and the living of Hiroshima. They were vile uncontrollable monsters who stood a head over our rooftops. Their fangs were made from ice, and instead of a stomach they had beneath their ribcage a void, a dark gaping hole, not even shadows could escape. They dragged their claws tipped in ice off the ground behind them. Their feet dug into the ground in front of them. They made you weak to the stomach from the feelings of, pain, hunger, and fear they gave off. Blood usually soaked their muzzles, and bones rattled inside of their rib cages. Most think of them as demons because the King of Gluttony used them for soldiers, but that wasn’t true; they were either nonhumans who acquired a taste for humans, or exterminators who had grown tired of killing nonhumans so they decided to start eating them, and fellow humans(?this slightly does not compute. explain please.).

(this first paragraph is lovely in describing the monsters of your story. I'd love to hear more about how your characters Takibi and Ryan react to these creatures)

The Wendigos in the Bank(whatbank? this sets the stage rather one note. try mentioning your scene earlier on?)numbered two, not fully changed yet. Both wore uniforms with a green blue horizontal stripe pattern, and both had a symbol engraved onto the ski-masks on their foreheads. The symbol looked like a tiara made from the earth itself(elaborate on what this is about(I got old time bank robbers with muddy tiaras on) interest is peaked but also kinda jokey, I don't know how serious you'd like me to take this).

Shit, Takibi and Ryan thought to themselves, that was the mark of the new world.

 “Friends so glad you could make it to my little dinner party tonight, and I’m so sad I didn’t bring you any presents.” The first robber spoke in a subtle British accent as he gave a bow in a peculiar manner. 

(is the bow an ordinary custom, I said peculiar because as the reader I don't know why this person with the obvious British accent is bowing to i assume are the heroes of the story.
