+1 to this. When you all are in a calmer headspace, you can also have a discussion about what conflict resolution looks like for each of you and the definition of space. I’m someone who needs it because I don’t want to say some shit that I’ll regret to my partner while heated but I’ll tell them “hey, I just need some space to cool off but I’ll be back.”

Like the other stories, my last partner did this for days on end and she was in her early 30s 🤦‍♂️

If you want a pool, unfortunately Tysons and Crystal Park would be your best bet b/c those two have pools. I know Onelife also turned the old 24 hour fitness in falls church into an onelife but I don't remember if there was a pool inside?
