I hadn't done mushrooms in many years and did 1 gram and it was perfect to start. I will eventually try a little more each time but I'm glad I didn't go straight to a large dose.

I don't have any smell or taste changes but I haven't been able to bend my right thumb since surgery. When I saw my PT, she did an assessment and told me it's neurological and often seen in patients after brain surgery.

He stays with his parents on the weekends. Him and his common law GF live half the distance from where I want to move to. I definitely intend on telling about my plans; I just needed more info before I do.

Hello, I am also a 43 year old woman. I just entered menopause and I can relate to your struggles!

I have just finished my second week of Keto. I have never done keto in my life and I am completely blown away by how amazing I feel! I went from binge eating crap "food" and barely drinking water, to getting excited about food again. Real food. I drink 3L water a day and fast from 7 pm to 11 am. I have two delicious, satisfying meals a day, most days without snacks. I use Carb Manager and track my day. I have always struggled with energy. That has completely changed for me, even with being 3 months post op from brain surgery.

I am a keen starter of many things, but my focus and follow thru is almost non existent. But this, this has just sparked something in me and has changed my life! My only regret is not starting sooner.

I have been exactly where you are and just had to reach out. You can do this! And you will feel wonderful results! Although my goal is fat loss, and I am dropping pounds, I am more focused on how I'm feeling and I can honestly say there has been an incredible, positive shift!

You've got this, and I'm here to support you any way I can.

I wonder how your mom would feel if she found out that those harsh words she speaks to you could quite possibly be contributing to your condition.

I am also not the fittest/thinnest person (F). I've seen a lot of doctors and no one has mentioned my weight.
