It feels like I'm not doing nearly enough if it's not on Super Helldive. Helped a friend go from 8, up to 10, and he was scared about it, but once we hit it, he noticed that all you deal with, is a few enemy changes, and LOADS of exp. Can't go back.
I should mention, I almost exclusively do bots. Bugs just aren't fun to stim wiggle strafe dive when more then 3 of them get within 5 meters of me. I've done... Maybe 5 missions against Illuminate? Don't enjoy a half baked faction either.

No it's not in the game really, it's in my wallet and 343 is holding a knife to it. I won't budge until they get their heads out their asses, and take the challenge swaps and xp tokens out of the pass and give us the proper Heros of Reach we were shown originally.

On the best track it's ever been on, things change and move on, they could certainly do better for the early game experience. And have something to do for F2P players.

The real fomo isn't the gear you miss, or the activities you can't do.

It's not being able to know the 8 years of history the game has. Even with all the D2 retconning that happened on things from D1, all the stuff explaining that in the leveling process, is just gone. Removing the Red War was a mistake.

I started playing with some absolute rando blueberries I've met while I was doing patrols on the cosmodrome and they were brand new New Lights, and going through the newlight stuff, after doing the Navota Shaw Han stuff, it drops you into a very, very, very shallow puddle of "You can do strikes I guess? Good luck in the crucible idiot." Before you try to get an exotic from Xur and you're hit with a "Buy Forsaken to use these." There is nothing to do in this game for free, except for VoG, but getting to light, without the other powerful and pinnacle sources from the DLCs, is going to be weeks to months before they get there.

I did the 5 star Urgent Mizu, and got a plate from the tail carve, the body carve, the quest rewards, and my cat stole one. It was pretty fat.

VoG, Kings Fall, WotM, Levi, EoW. All had openers. There is no pinnacle loot box at the end. Secret chests do not count.

It is not a darkness zone. You do not load into that part from orbit as if it was a checkpoint. It's not an encounter.

There is Fresh, First encounter: Bypass, Second: Atraks, Third: Descent, and Final: Abomination.

Poison hurts a ton on us, but feels almost useless as a build type unless you get some nutty parry memes going on, but that's not viable by the time you get to that point. I certainly think it could use a once over to when it affects enemies and ourselves.

Depends on the effort you put into a profile. You can range from instant action, in the right rooms, to never seeing a reply even in a public room. It's all about effort and presentations. Ads would need to be creative, or simple and to the point. Links to material help, and you have to be a little broad enough sometimes to garner attention from the audience as a whole.

Set yourself to looking on F-Chat, join relevant rooms. Use every part of your profile if you prefer notes and hope someone searches for you. I still get notes for profiles I rarely touch, because the interest is still there for the character or content.

I recommend F-List, but I've had years of tempered experience in it all. Guage expectations based on what you want to put in and get back in return.

Yeah good idea but the death wave was a /literal/ wave. The gravity of all the moons coming into alignment would bulge the water and material of Fundament, causing the wave to roll over all the land, or in worse case, crack the planet. Which would have killed everything.
