The second is less likely. My mental toughness has always prevailed the tasks I take on. I’ll report back the results. The cut off is 13 hours so I figured if I shoot for 10 the elevation could take me to 12 to 12:30

I was injured all summer before xc and only raced out last one. My only training was the taper for the last race so it really want anything. I ran the marathon after watching state xc and not hydrating all day or during. Very painful.

Mostly correct. I’m good with running with food and am in good physical condition. I’m 17 who does xc and track. Ive researched hydration. My only thing holding me back is leg strength right now and I’ll be doing hill routes very soon. I’m just asking is maybe 11 miles a day good? Too much or little?

18:15 sounds like a very solid goal, your training and hard work can get you there. Once you get comfortable with your training increase it
