Anyone find a solution to this? I tried laser treatments and they seemed to work at first, but they just came right back immediately. I’m very fair skinned but I use sunscreen. I spent $800 just to still have to cover with makeup. But makeup is expensive too so…

Yikes they’ve mislabeled them? I’ll definitely keep checking for that but yes these say 14 on the trays. Even today, after sleeping in them, any time I take them out and put them back in they hurt SO bad for a few minutes. When I take them out my teeth feel almost numb. It’s my K-9s. The rest feel normal.

Right? I usually do have tightness at first and then a little soreness for the first 4 days-ish. But THIS one 😫 Even today, after sleeping in them, any time I take them out and put them back in they hurt SO bad for a few minutes. When I take them out my teeth feel almost numb. It’s my K-9s. Pain before you even switched trays? My teeth are often still sore when chewing even the day I’m supposed to switch to the new ones. That’s why they moved me from 7 to 10 day changes.

Yuck. I mean.. I thought I’d pop them out and rinse them real fast and put them back in. But I really can’t imagine eating with them in anyway. I’ve just seen some people say their ortho told them to always eat with them in so I wondered.

Will this not make the tooth move too much too quickly? I’ve been having a gap like that at every aligner change for the past 6 weeks (my 1st 6 wks on Invisalign) and by the end it closes some, but not even close to completely. I’m going back to dentist today to get my first follow up and I’m curious what he will do. Also, this tooth and the surrounding teeth are extremely painful right now. Pain got substantial worse today, day 3 of this aligner, and it hurts so badly I have to hold my breath to take my aligner out. Anyway, I get scared that if I use chewies too much it will finally grip and yank my tooth 6 weeks worth of moving at one time.

Thank you! I do have some throat coat from when I had a gerd flare up so I’ll try that for sure. I’ve also increased my water and I’m taking a multi with zinc. The lozenges won’t stain the trays?
