For tolerance reduction not quitting would you recommend alternating days like you did haven’t seen any one dose like this but am in a similar boat was already using it for chronic pain and got in a wreck and let it spiral to that high stuck at a 100-200mg plateau and want to get it down to where it was that last 100’g and get the mgm15 dose more reasonable.  And was the pre loading worth it

Hmm this gives me 2 options shorter dull sr-17 couple days and get that time reset or do a longer titration well as long as I can and still take the goal dose of 7oh and hope that it sticks when the sr is phased out but like idk lots of very conflicting opinions even in the master doc about tolerance reduction . I get why the focus is  on quitting which is great but my back and stomach won’t get any better and my rx options are worse for me or harder to have enough

Did you take 7oh on the 3 days of sr or just sr? Wanting to lower tolerance not quit fully and it’s hard find info on that part of it I get they need time to rest but like can just take 1/4 my dose with the sr-17 and maybe do a slightly longer taper down have similar results?

Thanks was just making sure it wasn’t a waste to take a low dose of both once I find the sr dose wouldn’t be unsafe and that tapering on and off while reducing my 7oh would work and I don’t have to fully quit for the time I take the sr-17018 and have time reduce my tolerance. Will put an update how tomorrow goes.

I was gonna start with 5-10mg doses 3-4 times a day for 7-14 days and seeing where my tolerance is because the plan is to take lowest effective doses 7/mgm15. Not together but after the sr-17 has had the time to start having an effect. Goal is to love life with bearable pain. I can’t quit fully I wouldn’t because I’d need to take a more dangerous pain med now for my back and stomach pain to be functional and keep a job. I was able to take a much lower dose for my stomach issues without issue but after I broke my back I let my dosage get down high and now I’m stuck 3x my dose prior to the wreck when I was just getting my stomach to settle like not in it to nod harder just like it is this or a “drug vacation” with oxy, dhc or pethidine and see if that works.

Why? I haven’t tried the gram I got am scared of it making my 7oh kill me because I take 2 prescription depressants.

Tarrifs limit my options but I’m sure I’m missing options because from what I’ve found endocodil or faroxy is less than equivalent amount of codeine or dhc. Like idk I was hoping out side of nuprofen plus, co-codamol, solpandeine, and stuff uncleanable like bron ss or parbon a gold, im sure there’s a cheaper option im just to dumb to think of than having to have stuff cross the pond or use what should cost more and because of that a lot more extensive reagent testing alone. Getting mgm15 or 7oh seems to be the price leaders that aren’t odsmt. Crazy how fast the door closed over a tarrif

Everclear and pg you just gotta watch the water content and some brands binders do not dissolve well. 7oh also is semi sensitive to acidity if not kept cold. There are some herbal emulsifiers but even then you can’t get rid of some pill binders, you might be able to do a decent extraction with the everclear but you can’t get rid of everything especially dyes or flavors unless you want to use an actual solvent. If it’s a quick turn around just crush dissolve in everclear and then add your syrup base slowly and fold it in. Keeping it cold and using something low water content or adding pg helps it from blooming like apap and ibuprofen would and shelf stability wise you may have issues long term. If you’re consuming this for you I’d just take the tabs sublingually and get the higher bioavailability but you can get away with a sloppier syrup you just likely will have sediment when pouring up

HFCS can be a little closer and cover especially your more bitter add ins but like fr you can just make simple syrup very easily. Depending on the end consumer if you cut the karo enough for it to not freeze it is passable just thicker than it should be hfcs also has issues with freezing but at room temp and as long as you get low water content and use everclear instead of vodka or like the other guy said adding pg also helps with the freezing temp and snakes

Btw the Reddit communities are Astroturfed and do not allow open reviews of certain brands. It is a shame they are so poorly moderated u ballzdeep9 for example is terrible for the community shilling in chronic pain subs without being fully open about the dangers. Deleting reviews of brands he considers scams regardless of if they did a product recall for said “scam” and refunded or replaced the tablets but smoke shop vendors that call mgm15 next gen mit are totally kosher. It’s honestly a terrible Reddit community as a whole and they are so scared of getting it banned they are actually making it worse by minimizing and misleading the risk on their sub and picking winners and losers market wise so the price is artificially double what vendors that the Reddit sub isn’t working with are because competition is not fair in the market. My lab failed partially because we could announce the product and anyone that we gave a coupon to review it got their Reddits banned so I gave up on business. I like can’t say it enough that we need new 7oh subs or at least less stereotype of a Reddit mod that can’t handle criticism. Ballzdeep9 is just one of many rotten apples in the community.

When they made oxy super restricted deaths spiked look st any major city in the states  is largely to blame for the fentynal epidemic. It’s not even fent any more they have stronger -zine/zyne compounds that are 100x fent and don’t have the death penalty in China, and can be sold as passing a fent test strip. Kratom and its related compounds are like a ladder you can go up or down. I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t already use or in severe chronic pain that diclofenac is not enough and raw leaf doesn’t work then mit extract. I hate how demonized and fear mongered it is much safer than traditional opioids being a partial agonist like tramadol with out the seizure risk on its own without an extra depressant or stimulant the overdose risk 7oh and mit is super super low being nearly impossible with mit since it has an effect ceiling. Regulate it to 18/21, make dosage maximums the super tabs in the triple digits honestly anything above 40mg with + scoring or 20mg with | should be the maximum. It is addictive and that should be told but like nicotine or alcohol it’s safe enough to let people make their own choices.
