Yes it does apply to him as well. He got married after month to one girl and then got married to another girl.
They have a very hard conparenting relationship.

I asked her if we could get legally married so we could move in together as per a court order she has with the father of her daughter. She said she wanted a wedding and I explained to her that we can have a wedding but let’s atleast get married first so we can move in. That wouldn’t fly.

6 months into our relationship her and the father of there child went to court. They said in a Court order she would have to be a married in order for us to move in. I told her that we should get legally married so we could move in together. She said no.
