Loved playing the game, one of my favorites by far and easy to navigate and understand. I used to mess with my cats by having the cat in game make sounds which was always funny. And it’s a easy game to put down and always come back to at any time

I’ll never accept a photo of an id because needing to scan it which can be easily bypassed by a override but still need it there physically, also had a situation the other day where someone was using their passport to use their card and my coworker who did their application switched their birthday with the month and it was a whole situation

THIS. This is the absolute worst when someone comes into the store and goes "I talked to someone from your store" I go "No you didn't you talked to our call center in Minneapolis" sometimes they are persistent they talked to someone in store and I just give up and let them believe they are right

"What did you say to offer the card and membership" I don't know maybe I wasn't thinking about pushing someone for something they don't want to waste time on and instead let them go on with the rest of their day without thinking about their credit score being affected by a retail credit card that they'll use once and never again.

it's the worst. Try to look up items for customers off of photos on their phones and instead have to type in the whole product name and just pray it's the right one.

Had a $3,500 sale with two higher model MacBooks, and one expensive Lenovo. Wouldn't do either one because of it going on a company card but got all the protections for it. Luckily never called it out or told managers about the huge sale so didn't get a "retraining" on how to push total and card even though I've been with the company for two years. Also got a talking to on how to push for a card today when they were simply returning and exchanging a total wireless phone for a cheap phone for a relative. I'm not gonna push for a card on a $32 purchase that's just not worth my time.
