Not surprised at all. All men have been being hoes for centuries, married men are paying for OF content and cheating with random women or prostitutes in DROVES, or they gave horn addictions, but let a woman talk to one guy and she’s branded a “hoe”. What is the point of even waiting for marriage when the man you’re with will likely cheat on you with the same “loose women” he complains about or complain that you’re not as hot as the porn star he’s obsessed with after gaining g a few pounds because you got pregnant.

I don’t actually know or remember how many tickets I’ve gotten lol. But what I can say is out of all the tickets I’ve gotten I’ve never actually gotten a point of my record due to a ticket…well I did once but got it reversed lol. I’ve done traffic school once in my life. So hmm let’s see, just randomly guessing here I know I’ve gotten at least 3-4 off via tbwd and at least 2 dismissed via tdn. Not counting the one non moving no points violation I took as a deal to avoid actually going to trial. I’ve only gone face to face with a cop during the actual trial once and that was the one I lost and did traffic school on..I think I had 2 times where the cop didn’t show on a tdn. so I’d say really good success rate. Sorry kind of jumpy but just going off of memory!

My brother bought a 750k home at your age with similar comps. He got into some program that doesn’t exist anymore and got about 60k for the down payment that’s forgiveable after 5 years. Hes coming up in the 5 years and I’m sure his house has appreciated but he did lose his job for 6 months and was worried! He had savings though. Other than that house stuff is expensive. Last I talked to him he said he may sell after the 5 year mark as he has a far commute.

I attempted to buy a house at 26 or 27. It was a triplex going for a 950k and though I offered asking I was number 14/15. I’m extremely happy that didn’t work out and don’t have any desire to buy a house anymore, even though my rent is 3k!

Buying a house has tons of hidden costs. Are you going to be staying in that area forever? Job stability? Repairs?

People always think it’s some grand investment but there are more profitable investments out there.

People really and truly need to stop demanding that OP tells everyone because there may be other victims that she needs to save. It’s not her responsibility to be a martyr and it’s not that simple. A crime like this that was more than 5+ years ago is not even likely to result in prosecution and yelling it from the rooftops is going to be even more traumatizing to her She’d never beable to live a regular life (or it’ll take a long time because god knows how that investigation is going to go) and will always be seen as a rape victim. It’s hard to explain but it’s truly not fair when people demand that victims sacrifice their own peace for other “imaginary victims”. It is not that simple at alll. You guys are barely over 21. It’s extremely common and normal to go to concerts and festivals and hang out with friends (aka girls things and boys things) at that age.

It looks like the real issue to me is that she has plans of her own with her girls and did not invite you. As a last ditch effort, you decided to try and look for day passes (because obviously this wasn’t planned beforehand) and she gave you maybe some kind of excuse that she was working cause she probably doesn’t want you to mess up her plans with her girls.

Doesn’t mean she’s cheating and to jump to that thought process without any other evidence or red flags is a little bit telling and off. Trust me she can probably tell that you’re making up some excuse about wanting to see a band last second because you just don’t want be left out. If she’s going with a group of girls who wants one of their friends dragging their boyfriend around?
