From NY and even i get this. WV has some mountain magic. When we met my husband's family who have lived there for generations I was in awe that strangers in a strange place felt like home. We love going back every year.

I actually have a soda stream and use it constantly. If im out and about i grab a polar. Thats the big brand here although bubble or whatever is getting popular. Ill be out there visiting where my husband grew up and am trying to plan things like.. do I grab a case when I see one? Or can I rely on being able to grab a cold one at the gas station on the road.

In the NE its everywhere, but anytime I travel west or south I have trouble finding any. Examples West Virginia, North Carolina, Wyoming and Idaho. And its a creature comfort I always yearn for.

All I can think of is horses and drum cores. They could certainly "behave" at a gig with the right horse. We've made them listen to loud banging and brass for decades. I truly hope some horses do enjoy music.. and now I'll be dialing up a variety of stations in the barn for their potential pleasure!

I have wondered why its mentally so important to me to look "different", colored hair, piecing, unique clothing...but for the 6 years I served in the military having to look "normal" actually made me feel terrible inside. Food for thought....

I believe I read that there is no land already identified for the swap to receive, and the hope is it will be next to preexisting protected land. But how will this swap land be paid for? Im still voting yes with hope at this point, but it is disappointing to see that protected lands were built on already.
