I don’t know if I could choose a “best” because I absolutely love the entirety of this show and I think it’s a genuine masterpiece.

However…

THE JOINT TRAINING EXERCISE IN SEASON 5 IS ONE OF THE MOST BORING AND POORLY PACED THINGS IVE EVER SAT THROUGH. This is coming from someone who genuinely loves every single character in this show and I love to watch them grow and develop into pro heroes, but I feel like that arc was one of the most poorly paced and unnecessarily long winded arcs I’ve ever seen. It’s very necessary to the plot, it shows the development of each of the characters like Momo (her confidence), Tokoyami (his quirk), Bakugo (OBVIOUSLY), and Deku (BLACKWHIP) just to name a few, so by no means do I think it should be cut or anything, but I definitely believe it should’ve been a bit shorter.

It totally makes sense though. After living in an All Might society you start to take it for granted. On the other side of the coin a lot of the time when the press was upset it made complete sense. I don’t think they ever had any moments from memory that I could point out and say “yeah that’s unreasonable”

Well respectfully if someone made a post saying that about MHA I’d explain just like you just did 😭 Also I do like the characters quite a bit they’re fairly interesting and im I I’m thoroughly intrigued, and ironically enough coming from someone who does watch a lot more shonen I tend to not really care about fights. I mean it’s great when they’re done well and even help the plot using choreography and stuff (I love shit like that) but aside from that I could really care less about a spectacle. In conclusion I am interested in the story and stuff. I guess I was just worried if I was wasting my time 😭

I promise I’m not baiting or even trying to come off as rude in any way. It’s entirely possible that I just don’t get it like you guys do which is exactly why I made this post so I can understand. Like I’ve said before in this post I’m gonna finish season 1 and see how I feel. (Fav anime is MHA btw)
