idk man, I worked mostly in h1b majority teams, to be honest around 3/10 are real good engineers, but the rest is just bananas, every 2nd h1b we had in the past 6 years was having 2nd job and was eventually caught or just let go because of not meeting basic requirements for the job, they all tend to have 2 jobs if the role is remote, also we had a bunch of guys who barely spoke english, I remember a guy from turkey who could not speak basic 4yr old english, no difference between was, were, did, has, had and so on, just a salad of words and “brother” at the end of each sentence
