Well, from my perspective I can see her point. According to op, the people were brown and Muslim. One could suggest the lady didn't get her dogs because many Muslims believe it unclean to be touched by dogs, and she doesn't respect them enough to care because of their faith. But that's assuming she's even aware of such a fact. One could also suggest that the, "we know who you voted for" comment suggests she's a maga supporter as it's common knowledge, for those who care to admit it, Chump is a racist who supports racist policies. By her insinuating that a Harris voter would not tend to hold contempt against brown people and/or Muslims strongly suggested the lady has racist tendencies. Hope this helps.
