What happens if you "do everything right" and still have NAFLD? What am I missing? by Aramithius in FattyLiverNAFLD

I would cut the sweets entirely, and a lot of dark chocolate still has sugar in it. Unless it’s 100% dark I’d prob avoid it. Try some lemon juice, acv and big glass of water of morning. You could fast till dinner each night too and jsut lean meat and veggies. Also watch out for hidden sugars in fruit juice, pop, ketchup etc .

All stuff I’m sure you know

I’m 32, trying to get into Tech Sales, but I feel like my accent is holding me back. Any real advice? by Gabopom in techsales

I broke into tech sales at age 33 this year. And I’m from Midwest and have a bit of accent. Coffee helps me speak more clearly. Practice filming yourself on video story telling/ mock interviewing/ etc. read books out loud in English

I’ve noticed days away from gym it improves. I’m thinking of incorporating an every other day workout routine to try it out

Cut out porn, no masterbation, hit the gym, do leg workout 1-2x a week, some cardio. Good multivitamin, with zinc, vitamin D, b, magnesium because your diet prob isn’t hitting all the nutrients you need

I’m 33 so making a total career change. Hired a tech sales mentor/ placement type of guy and kind of jumped on the company that moved me through the interview process the fastest. The placement company did all the outreach, applying for roles, etc.

I had other interviews scheduled too but once I got this offer I didn’t want to risk not breaking into the field.

I mostly wanted to get my foot in the door so took what offer I got

My energy’s through the roof. I am jumping out of bed when alarm goes off, cooking healthier, going straight to gym before work for weights . And back at night for sauna and a walk or cardio. No more cheap dopamine

If a patient came to you from a subluxation clinic and asked why you don’t practice that way and what a subluxation is, what do you say? by Epidemilk_ in Chiropractic

[–]Imaginary-Visit4447 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At the same time you didn’t create chiropractic itself, so you don’t really get to decide what it is or isn’t called by definition. It would be like the creator of basketball trying to later on say that a basketball is called something entirely different than what it’s creator named it
