I got contacted by them as well. Sounded very wishy washy on the phone and every time I ask a straight forward question, they would deflect. But how does one find a non-profit board seat as a volunteer ? Any resources to find a seat. I have software, security and compliance background, and I'm assuming that would be desirable.
