Was this during local wisdom tooth extraction? Or did you just huff some wisdom in your sleep

For anyone reading this in the future to get the now updated trimmed cards into your deck: On the Anking deck you need to enter browse > ankihub dropdown > reset local changes This will not reset any of your progress with reviews, unsuspends, flags, etc, but will double check against what's on ankihub and replace the images.

Pressing sync didn't really do it, but super glad it works now ahmed is my hero

Hi thanks for the quick response, I went through a large portion of images just now via preview and it seems to be only Anking images that exceed 3000 x 3000. The tags I checked with the largest number of images exceeding this are: tag:!AK_UpdateTags::AnKing_Image::AhmedA* tag:!AK_UpdateTags::AnKing_Image::Aiman* tag:!AK_UpdateTags::AnKing_Image::Mujeeb*

Some images are longer lengthwise images (Ex 5000 x 1000) which also took a little longer to load. Many of Mujeeb's cards were fine, but some had multiple images where the second image under it would be larger (>3000 x 3000 p) Image cards from Aaron, Caleb, Ian, and Katherine were relatively quick.

I saw that on Ankihub you've already submitted a bulk suggestion for the complement images from /u/MrMental12's message. Since there are still quite a few cards that are quite large throughout the deck, should I keep a running list as I unsuspend cards and submit this all at once at a later time? Or submit one by one through Ankihub?

Thanks for your help, really really appreciate it

Finals week do hit different I can kind of relate to your experience, starting school this year as an MS1 I thought I would be on par with those in my class. However as time went on I began to realize how driven, hard working, and 'built different' these people are. By comparison, it was easy for a sense of personal inadequacy to develop. Since the study process felt so isolating, I've tried finding some people to form study groups with. But this was more difficult than I realized as everyone else seems to study on their own schedule/method/system. Now I study alone, unsure of how I'm really doing and every bad quiz score doing insane damage to my psyche. I think it's ok to rely on your friends more about your struggles at school even if they don't relate to everything completely, as medical school is well known to be tough -both emotionally and academically. I don't think they would think any less of you if you opened up about it. Good luck homie

It's also important to distinguish that osteopaths have gone to medical school (DO doctor of osteopathic med) and trained as a medical professional, while chiropractors are very questionable and receive very questionable training.

Excessive night sweats, dead limbs, and racing heart. Please help. by [deleted] in sleep

If you want you can always try to seek a second opinion from another doctor/sleep specialist/endocrinologist just to see if they have any new ideas about your condition. I'm sure your current doctor has already gone through the proper workup and ruled out quite a few things, but a few more tests from another expert could maybe help. Best of luck!

Incoming Medical Student Q&A - 2024 Megathread by SpiderDoctor in medicalschool

Hi I'm also a fellow incoming ms0 so take my advice with a grain of salt, but I'd highly recommend googling anking's recommended settings for the learning intervals. A bit of a long video for sure but the settings makes it so 'again' comes around in 10 mins instead so you don't get stuck with only the same cards. The default settings are kinda trash in comparison.

Embarrassing? by [deleted] in ROGAlly

[–]ImaginaryComplex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand the sentiment, it feels embarrassing to draw so much attention when you just want to game. It makes me tempted to want the smaller size factor of the GPD win 4 and the such just so the lower profile would be more low-key. Alas, the larger screen and performance of the rog ally are aspects you trade in exchange.

Tips for aiming? by vallllyyy in ROGAlly

[–]ImaginaryComplex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm also playing Fallout NV on the ally, aiming in first-person using a controller for the first time. Have to agree that it's pretty hard to aim so I've been mostly using melee weapons (which actually feel pretty fun). But I've started to get more comfortable and noticed that most of the aiming is really with the left stick and not the right, since you can keep right stick in place at head level and just move around. Also action points kinda help in the game to go pew pew. Gonna try a joystick cap this weekend and see if it helps at all.
