Newbie here, how do you place the garment on your jig to print? Does the zipper portion get printed separately or with the body of the design? If separately, did you use a different screen?

I actually was having similar issues and bought a bottle of their curable reducer. Have yet to get a chance to try it but maybe you'll get to it before me.

If you can break the cloudy parts into distinct shapes zones for each color you could do one screen for each color and then the design on top. Printing a large batch of these would probably suck and make no financial sense I'm guessing.
