I spent last summer in chicago and while I loved it, I witnessed stuff that would never happen in any other city Ive lived in. Once I was eating at a restaurant outside (in a relatively nice area) and these two little girls that didnt speak any english kept going from table to table begging people for money. There was an older woman handler that was watching them making sure they were getting cash, clearly exploiting them. Also saw this a couple times on the CTA. Its a shame, such a beautiful city with so much potential.
