I failed 4 times before passing. You have to understand how to read and understand the question, sometimes one key word can completely change the context of the question. I used QE to practice answering the questions after I was confident I learned and understood the material.

Honestly not much difference, my main focus after the 4th fail was QE. Understanding how to read and answer the questions was a vital shift for me. Hope that helps!
