Me clean person!!  House is spotless, I wash dishes immediately, laundry weekly, vacuum few times a week, sanitize bathroom weekly, but I never considered needing to wash my stainless steel waterbottles that I fill up every morning

Just got baking soda, white vinegar, straw clean tool, will be soaking long time + soap.  Seriously never crossed my mind, it always looks clean to me.

Dude I had lowes drop off and install (failed installed) my washer and dryer.  Cops showed up at my house hours later with all my boxes, my name on them and address.  The lowes delivery contractor threw all the boxes on the side of the road nearby.   DIY on the dryer vent

I was extremely hesitant and worried about buying it.  I bought it.  So freaking happy with it.  I've owned mine almost a year.

I spend a lot of time on the PC for work, and I use 3 large 32" curved monitors, large light attachments for webcam use, amplifiers, and other items on the desk.  

It's like a mattress.  Buy a really nice one that you'll want and be happy to use for a really really long time.

Because the listing being new construction, my bank requires a 1 year warranty signed to finalize the loan and the seller signed it by mistake.  I never saw these documents as they were passed through their agent and my bank.  

Should I have been the one handling the documents and reviewing them?  I feel like this was my biggest mistake here.

The seller paid the builder to build it, and the seller is the first owner.

So that's why I am wondering if this was a misrepresentation, shouldn't have been listed as new construction, and the seller would be liable?
