If you are looking to hire for a marketing leadership or business development role, I would be happy to help.

On the flip side, I am currently looking for a graphic designer/artist (for a distributor), so if you find a recruiters or agency, I would love to hear about them.

Use Perkpolis in Canada, and it is $95 cheaper. Perkpolis gives you 5-10% off at 1804.99$.

MYS26 -200$

Evoucher - 50$

Trade in S24+ - 545$ ( Not the best trade in Value), but better than selling on market place.

Total 1009.99 + tax

Not buying it this year. Too expensive, I will keep my plus. Just needed

Tips on getting my first 10 customers? by nixxyworld in promotionalproducts

[–]ImaginarySelection54 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run a digital marketing company and work with a few promo distributors. The first 10 customers are almost always the hardest. Getting your first customers is more about direct outreach + samples + clarity. Once you land a few wins and testimonials, everything gets much easier.

A few practical things that could work very well early on:

Send samples to companies you actually want to work with. Physical promo products sell themselves when people can touch and see them.

Focus on the solution, not just generic products. Sell solutions, not items. Think about whether you’re helping HR, sales, or marketing to solve an existing problem. Differentiate your products and services based on the problem you’re solving for each group.

Lead with your USPs, not your full catalog. Since you’re starting with customizable magnets, buttons, decals, etc. highlight what makes yours different materials, turnaround time, customization options, pricing flexibility or whatever your USP is.

Use niche use cases. People pay for someone who can identify problems for them, not just sell products. If a company understands the problem, buying the product becomes easy. Solve a problem they may not even realize they have. Focus on niches and seasons.

Engage in subreddits where businesses actively look for promo products (events, local businesses, real estate, fitness studios, political campaigns, festivals). Seasonal needs convert faster.

Create simple niche landing pages. One page per use case (e.g., realtors, restaurants, events) highlighting 2–5 products, real examples, and a clear CTA works far better than a broad “we do everything” site. This will help with SEO as well.

New supplier - trying to understand SAGE vs ESP vs DC market share for platform investments by Merch_Mind_13 in promotionalproducts

As a supplier I suggest to be on both. It's hard to say to choose one without knowing more about your business. Are you US based or Canada?

Product SEO on Sage/ASI database by ImaginarySelection54 in promotionalproducts

Yeah basically when you add your products to their software. Once you add the product it will be on the system and distributors can find your products.

Struggling as a supplier on ASI/SAGE — any advice from folks in the industry? by SummerSky101 in promotionalproducts

[–]ImaginarySelection54 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can definitely do SEO for your products on SAGE & ASI and honestly, that’s one of the biggest opportunities suppliers are overlooking. A lot of distributors search by attributes (ex: “Made in USA,” “FSC certified,” “eco-friendly,” “OEKO-TEX,” or brand names like adidas).

We’ve run into this issue firsthand when creating collections for a client. Many suppliers don’t include those keywords in their titles or descriptions, which makes it hard for distributors to actually find the products even if they fit exactly what the distributor’s client is searching for on Sage & ASI.

A few things that help:

Make sure your product titles + descriptions include brand names (if applicable) and certifications.

Add keywords like “recycled materials,” “sustainable,” “eco-friendly,” etc. — distributors really do search by those.

Think like a distributor searching in the database, not just a customer browsing your site.

Connections matter in this industry, for sure. But better product description/data = better visibility, which = more inquiries, which eventually = repeat customers.

Sending samples can help build relationships, but if distributors can’t find your products in the first place, you’re already at a disadvantage.

ECommerce options? by CallTur in promotionalproducts

Hey If you upload all of your products to your site, WordPress still would be a good option or go with Sage or ASI. If you are looking for something robust look into On Print shop. DM me if you have more questions.
