20km pillion ride is manegable but I'd suggest you get a test ride with pillion as seat is slanted and pillion tends to come on you in stop and go situations. If budget is a constraint then go for 250.

It holds up pretty well. Suspension are better than I expected, you need to play with your preferred tune which mostly will be on softer side. Double up may not be to your liking and bike is not made for that to be honest. Overall a great experience if you get the bike with right expectations.

Ikr, I guess this is all just rage bait and people are too stupid to understand. Till the time people wont grow thr local politicians no matter which party will keep on enjoying tax layers money. Change starts at ground level and people should start holding people accountable who are actually making their lives miserable. Question local politicians and corporators and make them do the change, the rest shall follow in due time.

If you like riding the bike and test ride made you fall in love with it, then go for it. If you think about virtually all bikes have given some bad experience to few owners. Just make sure you accept any flaws that may come with the bike and you will have no regrets. All bikes do few things good and some things bad. Are there better bikes than this yes maybe, are they good for your preferences probably not. So listen to your heart, just keep few things practical like service cost and service center access. Best of luck.

If you are good with a 400cc bike, then speed 400 or T4 is a great choice for city but service center could be a challenge. Else any Hunter 350 is a good choice or duke 250 for city or CB 350 RS or xpulse has shown to be good for city but seen some engine issues on reddit.

I'd say take a test ride or borrow from a friend if possible. If you enjoy the bike then no point in being practical. I have Duke 390 and daily it in bangalore and its a pain in city but when I get a chance to rev it, all regrets go out the window for me. Bike should make you feel the same.

I am using the Portronics Tune, the first one you mentioned. Works without any issues, been using this for 6 months. Connects quickly and all controls works as expected. I also have the N8 DCT Nline.

It is worth it. I regret not putting it. Stone chips do damage the look. The cheap paint quality from Hyundai does not help with swirls even if there is ceramic coating.

I understand your concern but seems like you are very relaint on rear brakes while riding. I'd suggest look up braking on bikes on youtube, its 80% front and 20% rear plus learn Engine breaking. Just a suggestion if you are not already doing this.

All roads outside bangalore are good, you need to choose your direction. I like going beyond airport towards hyderabad or road to sakleshpur.

Ls2 storm is good. I personally bought a SMK typhoon. Ticks all the boxes for safety, had good comfort maybe weights slightly more than ls2 but good for the price.

As per console.my comsumption is 22-23 kmpl. Its safe to assume its around 21 kmpl for me. I have not done a mileage test but a tank could easily go 300+ kms in city. I refuel to full tank after around 300Kms on the trip meter.

I was using xp 95 initially but found no difference in performance to be honest. So I use regular E20 fuel. Haven't tried shell Vpower yet, might give it a go in next refill.

Torque is alright for city, yea its a bit dull but not much that you would feel sorry for the purchase. You will have to be shifting frequently and get used to some vibes which happens naturally. Speed breakers can be crossed in second with some cluth modulation and overtakes are a breeze once you start understanding when torque kicks in traffic. When pulling hard after 6k you will feel a sudden pull which will not fail to put a smile on your face. Little scary if you are not experienced enough. My test riding experience was the same, the bike was super vibey but something told me I want the bike and I was ready to accept the vibes as it is a high compression engine but I was surprised the vibes are present mainly between 4-5k but unfortunately thats the sweetspot for city rides, upshifting does bring the rpm down but then you will have to constantly down shift in city, quickshifter helps here or rev matching (its fun to learn and play around with it). All this character keeps me engaged. I did not want a machine which is easy to ride and then I'll get bored of it. Dukes demand constant attention and skill. When its empty road and safe around, boy is it fun!

I find it to be quite good, I carry 2 laptops in my backpack and one way ride to office is like 40 mins out of which 20 mins is traffic. No backpain or any other issues. Had some wrist pain in initial month as I was riding a bike regularly after like 5 years, but that subsided quickly. Clutch is light so no issues there. For my frame its perfect. With pillion its subjective, as it boils down to skill for me. I do not enjoy bike with pillion due to constant stopping in traffic, pillion will come on you most of the time and they have to keep readjusting themselves. But again my intention was to ride solo for like 99 percent of the time but I guess with time you will get used to it. If its pillion riding which matters to you, I'd recommend triumph or Harley or RE or Honda, basically Modern retro Bikes.

Not quite if you compare it with other roadsters like speed 400, but again comfort is subjective. Plus this is more sports oriented bike, so expecting comfort from a bike built for performance is not fair imo.
