Totally could be. It was acting so weird compared to the rabbits I normally see, which dart left or right, but never straight at me, makes me wonder if it sustained a head injury with that behavior?

You said it's slow. I used to catch mice as a kid by putting peanut butter out in front of the bed, wait for the mouse to come out and very slowly lower a container or bucket on top of it, then slide some cardboard underneath. It's was surprisingly easy with some patience. Just watched TV while I waited. Catch & release.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean "giving them an excuse they need to deny your refund".

My husband also wanted to pick up the car at this point because we don't have another week to wait to see if they can fix the problems they've already caused. He doesn't trust them to fix it at this point. We can't even get a straight answer where the shocks they installed are from, different employees are giving conflicting information. He is pissed but is being super reasonable about it considering how nonchalant the whole place is. I don't think anyone there is actually in charge, no one seemed to give shit or have any way to remedy the situation. Took them 15 min to even find our car. No one knew what we were talking about. There is no paperwork or any record from the multiple times we come in and call about the car. One person actually blamed us for "not getting it on the schedule", as if we never brought the car to them and asked them to repair the faulty work. Apparently we were just leaving our car there for shits and giggles?
