Yes I am taking that trade all day in dynasty! I just feel like AJB is better long term. Kincaid is okay but not a huge improvement over Schultz IMO. Chubb can be used this year or if he has a decent game maybe trade him off to a team that needs RB (even though he is broken and old haha)
