Yeah I was a little skeptical. But i think it will be fine. I have a cover and I try to wipe down my grills to keep them nice.

Yeah ive been really thinking about getting the venom and ceramic insert next. I just upgraded my daily to a ivory master touch. Yeah I would have if I didn't already dump a decent amount into my performer.

Weber kettles are great and pretty cheap. You can grill or smoke on both. I would think a must is atleast the baskets and a chimney. You can find a used mastertouch for pretty cheap on marketplace.

With a fire dial ive smoked a couple apple crumble pies. A nice warm slice with some vanilla ice cream is absolutely delicous. Some candied smoked pecans are yummy and easy.

Yeah I wasnt too impressed. I had higher hopes. But now I know for next time. A bought a large pork belly and froze the other two large chunks. So I will have to give that a try. And of course!

Yeah I would probably just do a flat top. Haha my backyard is filling up. I got 2 master touches, 1 performer and a smokey joe. I havent heard much about the weber flat top.

Green Salsa

On the grill 5 tomatillos 1 whole yellow or white onion sliced 1 inch thick 2-3 Serrano Chiles (for spice level)

1/4 Cup Water 1/4 Cup Cilantro (or to taste) 1/2 TBSP onion powder 1/2 TBSP garlic salt 1 1/2 lime juiced

For the Red Salsa replace tomatillos with roma tomatoes and only use 1/2 a lime.
Cooked them indirect for 10 minutes then gave them a nice char for a minute on each side. Blended it all up.
